Tai Chi is a system of martial arts developed from Kung Fu aimed at maintaining the


mind and body. It’s ancient methods are time tested and are becoming increasingly 


respected by medical professionals as a very effective method of improving one’s overall 


health in one’s body and mind. It is now practiced by millions merely for its health 


benefits. 


Tai Chi movements are graceful and gentle, often described as moving meditation. The 


movements are circular and never forced, the muscles are relaxed rather than tensed,


the joints are not fully extended or bent, and connective tissues are not burdened, but


rather gently stimulated.
